DaVita in Princeton Junction, NJ is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support dialysis patients under RN supervision. You will deliver direct, compassionate care, monitor vital signs, set up equipment, and document patient data.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with paid training and full benefits. Preferred CNA/MA/CHT or phlebotomy certs or healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
