Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN seeks a qualified Social Worker to support dialysis patients with psychosocial needs, helping them navigate emotions, finances, and lifestyle changes within a compassionate, mission-driven setting.

This full-time role offers paid training, a comprehensive benefits package, and a schedule Monday–Friday, 8am start, weekends off, with opportunities to advocate for patients and coordinate resources.

Qualifications

• MSW required and state licensure.
• New MSW graduates welcome; job shadow opportunities available.
• Renal care experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Address emotional, financial, and lifestyle changes for dialysis patients.
• Assist patients with accessing community resources.
• Educate patients and families about ESRD options.
• Coordinate translation services for patients and caregivers.
• Develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Advocate for patients at clinic, community, and state/federal levels.
