University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services in the San Antonio area. The role oversees administration and clinical direction of all dialysis services, including clinics, inpatient and home dialysis programs, and jail dialysis services, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient-centered care.

You will work with Medical Directors to plan growth, optimize operations, and lead a multi-site team. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in Texas is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required); Master’s degree preferred.

• Oversee dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop clinical and support staff.
• Manage operating and capital budgets to support service growth and efficiency.
• Develop and update policies and procedures for dialysis operations.
• Act as liaison with Medical Directors and community groups.
