Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services in San Antonio, TX, with relocation assistance available. The role oversees clinical and administrative direction across dialysis programs, including inpatient and outpatient services, home dialysis, and jail dialysis, in collaboration with Medical Directors.

The candidate will lead a multi-site team, drive growth and efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas.
• At least 3 years of dialysis leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dialysis services across multiple sites.
• Lead staff development, recruitment, and performance management.
• Manage budgets and strategic planning for dialysis programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy updates.
• Serve as liaison with Medical Directors and the community.
