Job summary

University Health in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead the administration and clinical direction of all dialysis programs within the health system.

You will oversee renal clinics, inpatient/outpatient dialysis, home dialysis modalities, and jail dialysis services, working with Medical Directors to drive growth, efficiency, and patient-centered care. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• At least 3 years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis; multi-system leadership preferred.
• Current TX RN license; BLS certification required (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; drive staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operating and capital budgets; ensure resources align with organizational goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to maintain regulatory compliance.
