Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years as a nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services.
• RN license in Texas; BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites for quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets; ensure efficient resource use.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure compliance.
• Represent dialysis services in community forums and foster relationships.
