Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis team. You will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and supervise Patient Care Technicians to deliver high-quality kidney care.

The role focuses on direct patient care during dialysis, completing assessments, monitoring during treatment, and participating in staff meetings and ongoing education to ensure safety and quality in line with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during dialysis, including direct assessments before and after treatments and monitoring during therapy.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document accordingly.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing needs meet regulations.
• Participate in required staff meetings and ongoing education to maintain safety and quality.
