Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our cross-functional dialysis team. Under supervision of a Charge Nurse, you will assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians and deliver safe, high-quality care to patients with kidney disease.

The role focuses on direct patient care, assessments, medication administration per physician orders, and ensuring staffing aligns with state regulations. Join us to help change lives through kidney care.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment.
• Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and administer medications per orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
• Ensure staffing requirements are met under Administrator guidance and state ratios.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
