Job summary

DaVita Skilled Nursing Facility Dialysis in Tucson is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to oversee the ongoing care of dialysis patients in a SNF setting. You will educate patients and families, supervise dialysis technicians, and ensure dialysis treatments stay on track while coordinating with SNF staff.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice with collaboration across teams, flexible scheduling (approx. 3 days/week) and open to census growth and outpatient opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 12 months' RN experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited school; BSN preferred; three-year diploma may substitute.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide complete ongoing care for dialysis patients to ensure treatment stays on track.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis care and self-management.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians delivering tandem care to meet program goals.
• Troubleshoot clinical issues and collaborate with SNF staff as needed
