Job summary

DaVita Kidney Care is expanding on-site dialysis services in skilled nursing facilities with a Registered Nurse specialization. The DSD RN will provide direct patient care, supervise dialysis technicians, and coordinate with SNF staff to keep every patient’s treatment on track.

This role offers training, a 3-day workweek with some Saturdays, no on-call requirements, and a comprehensive rewards package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred; diploma may be substituted for degree.
• Basic computer skills with MS Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care for dialysis in SNF setting and ensure treatment stays on track.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians delivering tandem care.
• Coordinate with SNF staff to optimize patient care and outcomes.
