Job summary

DaVita Kidney Care seeks an RN for our Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services at SNFs. You will manage patient care, troubleshoot dialysis treatment, and collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate care. Training is provided and the schedule is primarily 3-4 days per week with some regional travel and alternating Saturdays.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license and an ADN/BSN, with dialysis experience preferred. This role offers paid training and opportunities to advance within the DaVita program.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice; 12 months RN experience minimum.
• Chronic Hemodialysis or Acute Dialysis experience preferred but not required.
• Paid hands-on training provided and on-the-job education.
• ADN required; BSN or diploma can substitute for nursing degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to ensure dialysis stays on track.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians delivering tandem care.
• Coordinate care with SNF staff and cross-functional teams.
• Educate patients and families during the SNF dialysis program.
