Job summary

EVN Dialysis Center LLC in Tucson, AZ is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care in a dialysis setting. The role includes managing fistulas, catheters, and dialysis treatment under physician orders, with emphasis on safety and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in hemodialysis required.
• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing with CA RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS Provider required.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct care of fistula, shunts, grafts, and dialysis catheters.
• Manage dialysis treatment for all assigned patients.
• Administer, document medications and assess PRN needs.
• Monitor lab values and respond to adverse reactions.
• Obtain physician orders promptly and accurately.
• Perform lab procedures and handle blood specimens with universal precautions.
• Supervise technicians to ensure task completion.
• Conduct patient rounds to ensure safety.
