Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing.
• RN licensure in North Dakota or a compact state (GN/GN must practice under supervision while work authorization is valid).
• BLS Certification (must be completed within orientation period and maintained).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and ND Nurse Practice Act; supervise care as required.
• Deliver physiological, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Delegate care based on staff qualifications and patient needs.
