Job summary

CHI St. Alexius Health in Dickinson, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Kidney Dialysis Unit at St. Joseph's Hospital. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for dialysis patients, supervising care to meet standards and the ND Nurse Practice Act.

Ideal candidates hold an ND RN license (or a compact state), BLS, and BSN is preferred. The role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice registered nursing in ND or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for dialysis patients.
• Supervise care to adhere to policies and the ND Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide comprehensive patient care while maintaining established standards.
• Meet educational needs of patients and families.
• Delegate nursing care based on staff qualifications and patient needs.
• Adhere to infection control, medication handling, and safety protocols.
• Offer sign-on bonus and relocation assistance to eligible new hires.
