Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to ESRD patients undergoing hemodialysis treatments.
• Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to Nursing Director.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and families.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis (RN) Registered Nurse to join our team at Bridgewater Center for Dialysis, a state-of-the-art, eight-chair Hemodialysis unit located near downtown Binghamton. As a Dialysis (RN) Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. This is a full-time position, working day shift, 5 days a week. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) undergoing hemodialysis treatments
• Assess patient condition and provide individualized care plans to meet their unique needs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the Director of Nursing
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and treatment plans
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• 1 year of RN experience required
• Experience in dialysis or critical care preferred, but will train the right candidate
