Job summary

Atrium Health University City - Dialysis is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time role in Charlotte, NC. The unit emphasizes evidence-based care and collaborative practice. The RN will contribute to patient-centered dialysis treatment and safety protocols.

The position requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience, BLS, and an active RN license; BSN is preferred. Weekend and on-call duties are required. 36 hours/week with benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license to practice in the state(s) where services are provided.
• BSN preferred with ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance, quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, collaborate with team.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units within service area.
