Atrium Health Union is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse for the Dialysis unit. This role involves 24 hours per week with rotating call shifts during nights and weekends. Pay range is $38.20–$57.30 per hour, and benefits are eligible.

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in the state where care is provided.
• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
• BLS certification required; further certifications may be needed by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with care team.
• Uphold safety culture and adhere to ethical standards.
• Provide accurate and timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with team.
