Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state or multi-state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN provides services.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care; engages patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation and adheres to safety and ethical standards.
• May be required to float to other units or facilities to meet patient care needs.
