U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated dialysis team. You will assess and monitor patients during treatments, administer medications per physician orders, and participate in monthly reviews of patient medication profiles.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring staffing needs are met under supervision, while adhering to all policies and state/federal regulations. A strong focus on safety and quality is essential.

Qualificações

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis, including assessments and monitoring.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver care.
• Ensure compliance with policies, state/federal regulations, and staffing requirements.
