Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team. You will work under a Charge Nurse and supervise Patient Care Technicians to deliver high-quality care for patients with chronic kidney disease.

You will perform pre- and post-treatment assessments, administer medications per physician orders, and complete monthly medication reviews. The role requires adherence to safety, regulatory standards, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months or more current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days.
• Must meet state practice act requirements.
• Background clearances may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patients during treatment and transcribe physician orders timely.
• Complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles.
• Support anemia management and medication protocols as requested.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient assessment and care planning.
