U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care for patients with chronic kidney disease in our Shelbyville clinic. Under the Charge Nurse, you will supervise Patient Care Technicians, perform pre- and post-treatment assessments, and administer medications as ordered.

You will participate in infection control, ensure patient safety, and support anemia management and medication protocols while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to meet quality goals.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months or more nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency with USRC clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care and administer medications per physician orders.
• Assist with patient rounds and transcription of orders.
• Participate in infection control monitoring and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Support anemia management protocols and patient education.
