Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our cross-functional team. You will provide direct patient care during dialysis, document assessments, and monitor patients under the supervision of a Charge Nurse.

You will collaborate with PCTs and the broader care team to ensure safe, high-quality treatment, adhere to policies and state regulations, and participate in ongoing education and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nursing license for the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments and document assessments.
• Monitor patients and administer medications per physician orders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure staffing and care planning.
• Adhere to company policies, state/federal regulations, and participate in meetings and education.
