Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Indiana (Kokomo) is seeking a Dialysis Nurse (RN) to deliver patient care for end-stage renal disease in the Dialysis Clinic and to supervise the dialysis team according to their training and patient acuity.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 1–3 years of acute dialysis experience. You will oversee treatments, supervise technicians, cannulate vascular access, monitor patients, document care, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in the state.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience in acute dialysis preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of delivery system, dialysate bath, and dialyzer; ensure all mandatory alarm tests are performed.
• Supervise dialysis technicians from start to finish; monitor patient reaction and machine performance.
• Assess, prepare, and cannulate vascular access for dialysis equipment.
• Maintain skills to surveil dialysis access for signs of failure or infection; perform ultrasound monitoring if trained.
• Conduct post-dialysis assessment and discharge; document treatment data and medications.
