Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Dialysis Manager (RN) to oversee dialysis unit operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinical and financial outcomes. You will work with clinic providers to plan, direct, and evaluate care for patients and families.

You will lead the dialysis team, hire and mentor staff, and supervise nurses and technicians while ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and CPR certification.
• RN license is required; CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the dialysis unit operations, clinical and financial outcomes.
• Leads hiring, mentoring, performance development, and employee engagement of the dialysis team.
• Supervises dialysis technicians and nurses, monitors patient response and machine performance, and understands dialysis mechanics.
• Oversees physician orders, collects pre-treatment data, assesses vascular access, labs, and patient health, and reviews records before dialysis.
