Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Kokomo, IN, is seeking a Dialysis Manager (RN) to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate patient care within the dialysis unit.

You will lead staff, mentor team members, supervise nurses and technicians, and ensure outstanding care by monitoring treatment, validating data, and reviewing orders with physicians and families.

Active RN licensure and CPR certification are required; dialysis leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the dialysis unit operations, clinical and financial outcomes.
• Leads the hiring, mentoring, performance development, and employee engagement of the dialysis team.
• Supervises dialysis technicians and nurses in the performance of dialysis from start to finish, monitors patient reaction to treatment and performance of the dialysis machines.
• Oversees physician orders for dialysis patients, collects pre‑treatment data, including vital signs and vascular access, reviews patient records before dialysis.
