Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Indiana (Kokomo) is seeking a Dialysis Nurse (RN) to deliver patient care for end-stage renal disease in the Dialysis Clinic and to supervise the dialysis team according to their training and patient acuity.
The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 1–3 years of acute dialysis experience. You will oversee treatments, supervise technicians, cannulate vascular access, monitor patients, document care, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
