Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) for dialysis care in a chronic, in-center setting. The RN will oversee dialysis delivery, supervise technicians, educate patients, and adjust treatment plans per standing orders to improve patient outcomes.

The role involves collaboration with nephrologists, dietitians, social workers, and other team members across multiple clinic locations. Shifts may include AM/PM; 13-week contract with ongoing coverage needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
• Current RN license in WA or Multi-State Compact.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of dialysis and patient care.
• Educate patients and supervise Dialysis Technicians.
• Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications.
• Participate in quality improvement projects.
• Collaborate with social workers, dietitians, nephrologists and other care team members.
• Work across multiple clinic locations and cover several locations as needed.
• Be able to work any shift (AM/PM) based on staffing needs.
