Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting a Registered Nurse to provide specialized in-center hemodialysis care as part of a patient care team. You will manage treatments, monitor patients, educate on health management and participate in clinical rounds.

The role offers full-time hours with morning starts and Sundays off, plus paid training and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support staff wellbeing and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
• Document required patient education efforts
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance
• Lead a small patient care team
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
• Additional tasks as requested
