Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality dialysis care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

You will work under supervision of a Charge Nurse, assess patients before and after treatments, monitor during dialysis, and ensure medication profiles are accurate and up to physician orders. The role emphasizes patient safety, adherence to company policies, ongoing education, and collaboration with PCTs to meet staffing and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and patient care.
• Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and administer medications per physician orders.
• Review patient medication profiles monthly to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians under supervision of a Charge Nurse; ensure staffing and compliance with regulations.
