Job summary

US Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a cross-functional team to deliver safe, high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease.

You will perform and document pre- and post-treatment assessments, monitor patients during treatments, and administer medications as ordered by physicians. Under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, you will supervise Patient Care Technicians and help ensure staffing and patient safety in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and document pre- and post-treatment assessments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and ensure quality renal care.
• Administer medications according to physician orders.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver patient care.
• Help meet staffing requirements and follow state regulations for staffing ratios.
