Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in California is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our cross-functional team.

You will work under a Charge Nurse and supervise Patient Care Technicians to care for patients living with kidney disease during dialysis treatments. You will perform safe, high-quality patient care, complete assessments before and after treatments, monitor patients, and administer medications per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment with patient care and assessments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and complete monthly reviews of medication profiles.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing compliance under Administrator guidance.
