Job summary

US Renal Care seeks a Registered Nurse to join a cross-functional dialysis team, working under a Charge Nurse and supervising Patient Care Technicians to care for patients with kidney disease. You will provide direct patient care during dialysis, document assessments, monitor treatments, and review medication profiles.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care during dialysis to ensure safe, comfortable, and high-quality treatment.
• Document and complete physical assessments before and after treatments; monitor patients during treatment.
• Assist and supervise PCTs and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to meet staffing needs under the Administrator and state staffing ratios.
• Adhere to company policies, state and federal regulations; participate in required staff meetings and continuing education.
