Methodist Hospital Stone Oak is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care, collaborating with the care team and physicians to optimize outcomes. You will follow established nursing models and advocate for patients while contributing to a positive clinical environment.

The role requires an active Texas RN license or Compact license, dialysis experience, and a background in acute care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate nursing program.
• Minimum of six months of acute care experience as an RN.
• Recent RN experience within Dialysis is required.
• Current TX RN license or Multi-State Compact license; must obtain TX license within 90 days.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts, report changes.
• Administer medications, document care, monitor therapeutic responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, meds, and follow-up.
