Job summary

Alaris Health at St. Mary's - Plainfield is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Dialysis Services Delivery (DSD) program. The RN will take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track, troubleshoot, and make sound decisions related to dialysis.

Primary work schedule will be 3 days a week with 12+ hour shifts and no on-call requirement. Training provided.

Qualifications

• RN with dialysis experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with start-up style environments and improving patient care.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track.
• DSD RNs will troubleshoot and make sound decisions for our patients related to their dialysis treatment.
• Occasionally partner with SNF staff to coordinate care.
• Primary work schedule is 3 days a week with occasional Saturday work; no on-call required.
• Provide patient education to patients and their families in the SNF setting.
• Direct patient care and supervision of Dialysis Technicians to meet program goals.
• Deliver comprehensive dialysis care with autonomy and critical thinking.
