Job summary

PAM Health in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care on the dialysis unit. You will work under the direction of the Nursing leadership to plan, implement and supervise care for patients with acute or chronic kidney conditions.

The role involves interdisciplinary care planning, patient and family teaching, discharge planning, and coordinating with physicians.

Qualifications

• RN License in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU
• NNCC certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care to dialysis patients as part of the nursing team.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning and teaching.
• Engage in interdisciplinary planning and utilize community resources for patient care.
• May perform other duties, including Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed.
