Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospitals of Miamisburg is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care on the inpatient dialysis unit. You will apply the nursing process, coordinate care, and support patients and families through treatment planning and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you are applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days.
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.
• Certification through NNCC is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise dialysis care per the nursing process.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching.
• Manage dialysis treatments as ordered by physicians.
