Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Miamisburg in Ohio is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide expert care on the nursing unit under supervision of the CNO/Director of Nursing. You will perform the nursing process, coordinate patient plans, and support post-hospitalization teaching.

The role includes dialysis treatment oversight, potential Charge Nurse duties, and ACLS certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment.
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.
• NNCC certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the dialysis unit.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties and oversee dialysis treatments as ordered by physicians.
