Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Georgetown is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to deliver and supervise care on the unit, coordinating discharge planning and family teaching. The role supports interdisciplinary planning and community resource access.

ACLS is required from day one for Charge Nurses, High Observations, and ICU, with NNCC certification preferred but not required. Delaware RN license and BLS are essential. Join a hospital with growth opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU
• NNCC certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise care on the nursing unit
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization and access community resources
• May perform other related duties as assigned, including acting as Charge Nurse
