You will work with the care team to assess, treat, and educate patients, while maintaining thorough documentation and adherence to nursing standards.

The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year of dialysis experience, and ACLS/BLS certifications within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• 1+ year dialysis experience.
• ACLS within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS/CPR within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate degree or higher in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record.
• Provide attentive, compassionate care and respond quickly to patient needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan and meds.
