Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Dialysis Hemodialysis Unit in Pocatello, Idaho. This evening shift, full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality dialysis care and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The RN candidate should be graduate from an accredited nursing program, possess Idaho RN licensure, and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications. Prior dialysis experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Idaho.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process and hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Respond to life-threatening situations with appropriate nursing interventions and coordinate care with providers and leaders.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse utilizes the knowledge basis of nursing education and experience in order to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols. The RN responds to life threatening situations with appropriate nursing interventions. The RN organizes care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, evaluating and communicating with all necessary Providers/Leaders on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure in the state of Idaho.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Obtain ACLS certification within six months of hire and maintain as current.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years acute care
• Previous dialysis experience preferred.
