Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, compassionate care to patients in need of urgent medical attention.
• Responsible for quickly assessing and triaging patients, and for developing and implementing effective treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Primary focus is to provide rapid, evidence‑based interventions to stabilize patients in critical condition, and provide support and reassurance to patients and their families during times of crisis.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced dynamic environment, and able to manage multiple competing demands while remaining focused on providing exceptional patient care.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed medical records, and for ensuring all patient care is in compliance with legal and ethical standards, hospital policy and procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required as is the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues alike.
