Job summary
St.-Bernards-Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team. The role focuses on direct patient care in the dialysis unit, with leadership responsibilities and peer training opportunities.

Qualifications
- Must be licensed in Arkansas as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 12+ months of clinical nursing experience with dialysis or kidney transplant care, including dialysis training.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Staffing and clinical assessments in the dialysis unit.
- Develop and implement care plans; provide peer training and support.
- Serve as charge nurse when requested and oversee Home Dialysis PCM activities.
- Take call on a rotating basis and model professional behavior.
