Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Inpatient Renal Dialysis in Chicago, IL. The unit provides life-sustaining dialysis to acute and chronic renal patients, with collaboration across the hospital and ICU.

As part of the team, you will work with nephrologists and colleagues to deliver safe, high-quality care while prioritizing patient safety and outcomes. Required: RN license, accredited program completion, BLS; dialysis experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
• 6 months of dialysis RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice and strong communication to ensure the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
