Dialyze Direct is seeking a Registered Nurse in Philadelphia for a full-time, day-shift role. The position requires an active RN license and BLS certification, with at least 6 months of RN experience and 3 months of hemodialysis experience, plus travel to nearby locations as needed.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient care in home dialysis settings. You will collaborate with nephrologists and Dialyze Direct teams, collect patient data during dialysis, develop care plans, and document

Formación

• RN license required.
• BLS certification required; American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted.
• Ishihara color vision test required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; safety sensitive position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care, training, and home support with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with Dialyze Direct team members, skilled nursing facility representatives, and nephrologists.
• Collect and record relevant patient health data during pre-, intra-, and post-hemodialysis treatment.
• Develop and maintain a plan of care to attain expected outcomes.
• Implement and record interventions to attain outcomes in EMR.
• Perform laboratory collection, processing, and shipping; reschedule missed/insufficient collections.
• Handle clerical tasks (filing, inventory, chart creation) in addition to patient care.
• Maintain a positive, respectful attitude toward patients and colleagues.
• Occasional travel to nearby locations.
