Job summary

Dialyze Direct is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality dialysis care. You will work in a supportive team, perform patient assessments, manage care plans, and document interventions in the EMR.

The role emphasizes independent, critical thinking with minimal supervision and occasional travel to nearby locations. The position is full-time with a day shift, Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule, and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BS/AA or diploma in nursing required.
• 6 months of RN experience strongly preferred.
• 3 months of hemodialysis experience preferred.
• In Texas, 6 months of hemodialysis experience within last 24 months.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Must function with minimal oversight to provide nursing care, training, and home support as needed.
• Collaborate with Dialyze Direct team, facility representatives, and nephrologists.
• Collect and record relevant patient health data around hemodialysis treatment.
• Develop and maintain a plan of care to attain outcomes.
• Record interventions in EMR to meet outcomes.
• Perform lab collection, processing, and scheduling of collections.
• Handle clerical tasks alongside patient care (filing, inventory, charts).
• Maintain a positive, respectful attitude toward patients and staff.
• Occasional travel to nearby locations.
• Administer medications and document appropriately.
