Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain BSN within 4 years of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan individualized care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement care plans; involve patient and family education.
• Coordinate and delegate care with the care team to meet goals.
• Evaluate outcomes and update plans as needed; ensure timely documentation.
• Promote professionalism and compliance with regulatory standards.
