Job summary

Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital in Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver professional nursing care across the patient care continuum, using evidence-based practice and collaboration with the health team.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, prioritize safety, document accurately, and uphold licensure standards while supporting patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient, family and team involvement.
• Implement: Directs care through delegation, coordination, and collaboration.
• Evaluate: Assess outcomes and revise plan of care as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintain ethical standards, documentation accuracy, and licensure compliance.
