Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a collaborative setting. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high quality care and ensure accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes safety, ethical practice, and ongoing education within a dynamic clinical environment. The position requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and may require BSN in the future.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• BSN preferred and may be required as of last update; degree verification will occur.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Directs care through the interdisciplinary team and coordinates resources.
• Evaluate: Reassesses outcomes and revises the plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains ethical standards, documentation, and compliance with licensure.
