Intermountain Health Cedar City Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within a collaborative team. You will coordinate with physicians, families, and other health professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires current RN licensure, optional compact transfer within 60 days, a BSN goal within four years for many cases, and BLS certification. Expect ongoing professional development and rigorous documentation of care.

Formación

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Collaborate to develop and educate an individualized plan of care.
• Coordinate care by directing the interdisciplinary team and managing resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain professional standards, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance.
