Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Concord, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our in-center hemodialysis team. You will deliver safe, high-quality patient care and lead education and health coaching for individuals undergoing dialysis.

The position offers 30-40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts starting at 6am, Sundays off, and no overnight shifts. DCI provides paid training and a strong supportive culture within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
• DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training with classroom and hands-on sessions.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies; ensure quality standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
• Ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis; communicate changes with physician and families.
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
• Document required patient education efforts.
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
• Additional tasks as requested.
